Short summary of the update: if an agency has received funding in the immediate prior year and they are not changing the amount of funding requested then only a written request need be submitted to the Selectboard by DECEMBER 15th (if after that date a petition will be required). If the dollar amount of funding request changes from the prior year then a petition is required.
All agencies should submit a report to be included in Annual Town Report and send a representative to answer questions at Town Meeting.
