The Whitingham Town Offices will be closed at noon on December 24th and all day on December 25th in observance of Christmas.

Wellness Wednesdays are starting up in January.  They will be offered on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, starting January 14th from 12-2pm and 3:30-5pm.

Sara Martin, CMT, will offer chair massage at the Whitingham Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville free of charge to residents of the Town of Whitingham on a first come, first serve basis.  Residents outside of Whitingham are welcome too, but will be asked to offer a donation.

Curious?  Stop in to see us on Wednesday, January 14th; February 11th; March 11th; April 8th.  Feel free to ask questions, or try it out.  Not everyone is comfortable with massage and a chair massage can be a good introduction to massage therapy for a newbie.

You will be required to sign a consent form prior to any treatment, so if you are unsure if you should get a massage because of a medical condition, it is suggested you clear massage, myofascial release, and stretching, with your doctors and medical professionals.
