Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) on Thursday, AUGUST 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER in the Selectboard Office, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of conditional use approval for a home occupation or home industry with site plan review conduction by the Planning Commission on:

The public hearing will address the applicant’s request for a change of use to use the garage structure as a wood shop (either a home occupation or home industry).
