PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) on Wednesday, JULY 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of determining “New England style architecture” as required in the Village district (section 5.1.4 c) on:

The public hearing will address Two Lakes, LLC’s request for an accessory dwelling unit constructed with containers and if that that fits the requirement in the village district for “New England style architecture”.
Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 6:00pm of hearing date or forfeit the right to appeal the decision of the ZBA to VT Superior Court (Environmental Division).
