Request for Proposals - Local Hazard Mitigation Planning Services

The Town of Whitingham is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to create a new Local Hazard Mitigation Plan for the Town of Whitingham (1,344 pop.).  The plan must be submitted to FEMA for approval.  The full RFP is attached below.
