Housing Rehabilitation Committee

The Housing Rehabilitation Committee is a consortium of the towns of Halifax, Marlboro and Whitingham. It's mission is to distribute funds in low-interest loans to income-eligible residents for a variety of rehabilitation projects, ranging from septic and well installations, heating and roofing to plumbing and electrical repairs and/or upgrades.
The Committee invites the residents of their three towns who may have a necessary rehabilitation project to apply to see if they meet eligibility guidelines. Applications are available from the Town Clerk in each town. Whitingham residents needing more information should contact Don McKinley at (802) 368-2376.
