Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting (two hearings)

The Whitingham Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 6:30pm in the dining hall of the Whitingham Municipal Center to conduct two public hearings.  The first hearing is on zoning application W-19-25 for Dylan Saladino to consider a request to enlarge a non-conforming structure per section 6.1.7.b.2 of the Whitingham Zoning Regulations.  The second hearing is on zoning application W-22-25 for Two Lakes, LLC to consider a request for a waiver to allow a height over 35' and a front setback less than 65'.
