Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Whitingham Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 to address conditional approval for an automotive service station and/or repair garage at 1912 Wilmington Cross Road by Robert Barbieri, Jr.  The Planning Commission will conduct site plan review during the hearing.  The official legal notice is attached below.

Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 6:30pm of hearing date or forfeit the right to appeal the decision of the ZBA to VT Superior Court.
