Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) with site plan review conducted by the Whitingham Planning Commission on Thursday, NOVEMBER 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 or remotely via this LINK for the purpose of hearing an application for change of use to add a home industry of a auto repair garage on Zoning Application #W-37-25 by:

The public hearing will address conditional approval by the ZBA to allow auto repair on the property.
