Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) with site plan review conducted by the Whitingham Planning Commission on Thursday, MAY 8, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of hearing an application for change of use to add a home industry of a hair salon on Zoning Application #W-06-25 by:

The public hearing will address conditional approval by the ZBA to allow a hair salon on the property.
Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 6:30pm of hearing date or forfeit the right to appeal the decision of the ZBA to VT Superior Court (Environmental Division).
