Vicious Dog Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The Selectboard of the Town of Whitingham, Vermont, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to 20 V.S.A. §3546 on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 6:00pm in the Selectboard Office at the Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of a “vicious dog” concerning a dog named Bear owned by Justin Purinton presently residing in Greenfield, Massachusetts.  Official Notice and Agenda attached below.
