Request for Masonry Proposals

The Town of Whitingham is now accepting proposals for masonry work at Town Hill Common:

• Remove and replace approximately 125’ x 18” of rock/stone retaining wall.  Alternative proposals including rock, manufactured stone, or other suitable material may be considered
• Construct a monument to match existing

Site meeting/inspection can be arranged by contacting Seth Boyd at sethboyd70@gmail.com.

All contractors must have and maintain liability and Worker's Compensation insurance. All proposals must be submitted in writing, sealed, and delivered to:

Proposals will not be accepted after 2:00pm on May 18, 2022.  Proposals will be opened at the regular Selectboard meeting on May 18, 2022.

The Town of Whitingham has the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason.  Lowest proposal does not automatically mean it will be accepted.  Prior performance, quality, professionalism, and ethics will be taken into consideration.
