WHITINGHAM PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Whitingham Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed update to the Town Plan on Tuesday, October 13 at 6:00 p.m. in the Whitingham Municipal Center, Selectboard Office, located at 2948 VT Route 100 in the Village of Jacksonville. The Planning Commission solicits public comment on the proposed update, as well as comment from the Planning Commissions of abutting municipalities and from the Regional Planning Commission with respect to the compatibility of their respective plans with the proposed Whitingham Town Plan.
The Plan pertains to all of the Town of Whitingham. The Table of Contents includes: Introduction, Community Profile, Community Facilities and Services, Transportation, Natural Resources, Land Use, Housing, Economic Development, Energy, Compatibility with Other Plans, Implementing the Town Plan, and an Appendix.
A full copy of the proposed Town Plan is available for public review and can be found in the Whitingham Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100 in the Village of Jacksonville Vermont, and attached below.
