Amendment to Addendum A of ATV Ordinance

On June 15, 2022, the Whitingham Selectboard adopted an amendment to Addendum A of the Ordinance Regulating All-terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to remove Ruba Road from the list of town highways and town trails that are open to ATV use.

Unless a petition is filed by July 29, 2022, in accordance with Title 24 V.S.A.§ 1973, the Addedum A to Whitingham Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) shall become effective on August 14, 2022.
