PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) with site plan review conducted by the Whitingham Planning Commission on Thursday, DECEMBER 11, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of hearing an application for change of use to a sustainable funeral disposition service center on Zoning Application #W-41-25 by:

The public hearing will address conditional approval by the ZBA to allow the new use on the property.
Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 6:30pm of hearing date or forfeit the right to appeal the decision of the ZBA to VT Superior Court (Environmental Division).
