Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Whitingham on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Whitingham Municipal Center, Jacksonville, VT for the purpose of hearing an application for a waiver as per the Town of Whitingham Zoning Regulations. The application is made by Debbie Bolognani. The waiver consists of insufficient setback from abutting property for proposed structure on property located at 31 Allard Road, Jacksonville VT.
