Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) on Thursday, APRIL 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Town Clerk’s Office of the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of hearing an application for a service business on application #W-5-24 by:

The public hearing will address whether to approve a service business at the location above (per Section 5.1 of the Whitingham Zoning Regulations).
Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 7pm of the hearing date or forfeit the right to appeal the decision of the ZBA to VT Superior Court (Environmental Division).
