NOTICE OF VACANCY

In accordance with state statute the Selectboard of the Town of Whitingham hereby gives notice of vacancy of one Selectboard position created by resignation.

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 963, the vacancy will be filled by election at the Annual Town Meeting on March 3, 2020.  The person elected will remain in office for the balance of the unexpired term.  The Selectboard vacancy term expires in March 2021.

To get your name on the ballot a petition signed by 9 registered voters of the Town of Whitingham must be submitted to the Town Clerk by January 27, 2020.
