Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA) on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT 05342 for the purpose of hearing an appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s decision on   Application #W-10-21 by:

The public hearing will address whether an accessory dwelling unit is allowed only on an owner-occupied lot and questions Accessory Use “operated for gain” under Section 5.1.3.
