NOTICE: Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Whitingham Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 7pm at the Whitingham Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT for the purpose of hearing an application for a WAIVER per the Town of Whitingham Zoning Regulations. The application is made by Lacey Hughes, 1363 Fuller Hill Road, Whitingham, VT 05361. The waiver consists of altering and enlarging a deck at the above mentioned property.
