Addendum A to Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

ADOPTION OF ADDENUM A: LIST OF TOWN HIGHWAYS AND TOWN TRAILS OPEN TO ATV USE  [addendum to: CIVIL ORDINANCE REGULATING ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATVs)]

At their meeting on April 20, 2022 the Whitingham Selectboard adopted an updated Addendum A: List of Town Highways and Town Trails Open to ATV Use,  to the civil Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) which became effective on August 2, 2020.

The new Addendum A follows:

ADDENDUM A:  List of Town Highways and Town Trails Open to ATV Use

Tunnel Street

Bosley Hill Road

Long Pine Road

Freezing Hole Drive

Ruba Road

Citizens of the Town of Whitingham have the right to petition for a vote on the question of disapproving this Addendum to an ordinance per Title 24 V.S.A. § 1973.

Unless a petition is filed by June 4, 2022, in accordance with Title 24 V.S.A. § 1973, the Addendum A to Whitingham Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) shall become effective on June 19, 2022.
