Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a joint public hearing of the WHITINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND PLANNING COMMISSION will be held on Thursday, JUNE 9, 2022, at 7PM at the WHITINGHAM MUNICIPAL CENTER, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville, VT for a change of use on Zoning Application #W-15-22 by:

The public hearing will address the conditional use of a store and conduct a site plan review. The property has been used most recently as automotive repair facility and will add a use of general store and other potential retail in the future.
Interested parties should be present or have submitted written testimony by 7pm of hearing date. Participation in this local hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal to VT Superior Court (Environmental Division).
